Very friendly, helpful staff...nice ambiance, quiet, plush dark green carpets, nice lighting, and, best of all, a great selection of films, not all standard Hollywood fare.
They have coupon specials, will hold DVD'S, etc.
Not a dog lover myself, so the dogs inside are kind of a "minus" for me.
Great neighborhood store...I know that Scarecrow has a much wider selection but I'm not that much of a movie buff.
And I haven't tried netlfix, as I prefer actually walking to a bricks-and-mortar store.
