We recently purchased new shutters for our home through Suburban Lumber in southwest Cedar Rapids. They offered a high quality product along with very knowledgeable staff – both of these things seemed in short supply at some of the other places we had been looking. Our shutters arrived on schedule, and when we went to pick them up we saw true customer service. The man working there was literally locking the door to close when we pulled up – rather than telling us to come back later, or acting totally put out he let us in, looked up our order and helped load it into our car.
