Worst service ever. On election night, called waited forty five minutes, called back and was told ""the driver couldn't find you, and he tried calling your cell."" Right. No one called my cell. No missed calls in log. Then I was told cab was on the way. Then an hour later I called again, and I was told, ""you are the next in line."" Over forty five minutes AFTER THAT, the cab showed up. Right again. Doesn't take half an hour to drive the width of the county. What did it for me was not so much the delay, but that the dispatcher kept lying to me, as if I were an idiot. Never again. Too bad; the drivers were nice. Problem was the jerks at dispatch. The result was the same, unfortunately.
