Sky Valley Towing

My family lost our beautiful grandmother last Friday night and my family was by her bedside. Due to liimited parking, my sister temporarily parked her car in a neighbor's vacant house driveway. The house is empty-has a lock box on the door. Sky Valley Towing towed her car and charged her 350 dollars to bail it out-even after hearing about our family's grieving and loss of a family member. The owner was rude and his assistant said ""I don't need to hear this!"" The owner said ""I'm gonna make you pay!"" They are all about the almighty dollar and care nothing about their customers or their reputation. Too bad people like this are even allowed to have a business. From the past review, it sounds like they are untruthful and unethical. Please save yourselves and go to any other towing business. Sky Valley Towing will try to take advantage of you any way they can! P.s. They don't even deserve a half of a star but you have to choose at least one in order to publish this review. more

So, I have a confession to make, I used to work for the Sky Valley Towing and they were slow the weekend of Labor Day, September 6, 2010 so they had me in the office writing false bad reviews about their completion and good reviews about them online. I didn't want to do it at first, but they forced my hand and told me that I HAD to lie and write these false reports or I would be fired! In this economy, I just couldn’t afford to lose my job even though it’s crappy and the pay sucks…that’s another story. Well, amongst other lies they wanted me to fabricate like falsifying office files, I just couldn't do it anymore! My user name that had me use was ""monroebill"" for one of the reports. I don't have access to that account anymore since I forgot the password so I couldn't delete it like I wanted to they had me make so many fake accounts I couldn't track them all down... I just feel sick about what I did so I'm doing the best I can to try to correct the wrongs I did and set the RECORD STAIGHT for all those I hurt in the process I AM SOOOO SORRY! Please Forgive me everyone! Don't hold my stupidly against me. I am reporting what they made me to Labor and Industries so Sky Valley Towing cannot victimize others employees and other good upstanding businesses the way that they have victimized me. more

My motorhome broke down on Hwy 2 outside Sultan, so I asked the locals who to call and they recomended Sky Valley Towing. The driver was wonderfull, fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and funny. He made a really bad day OK. The price was fair, and he even took my family home ! Talk about going over and above. I hope I never have to get towed again, but if I do, I know who I'm going to call more
