Roger Scott is a class act, unlike many money hungry lawyers he is a str8 shooter and was able to get my DUI down to wreckless driving,saving me thousands of dollars. He was there for me every step of the way unlikemany attorneys I felt I was able to talk to him and reach him when ever I needed him. IN court the judge even said your lucky to have such a good lawyer, he is obviously well respected and it shows in his outcomes. Thanks for all you did for me Roger! more

To whom it may concern, unfortunately ive had to hire the services of a criminal defense attorney, I have to say i was blessed when i met Mr. Roger Scott Jr. , from the minute we met and discussed the cases against me I immediately felt confident in hiring him to represent me. Roger spoke with confidence and didnt sugar coat anything, he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and treated me with the upmost respect , he's staff at the office made me feel comfortable unlike other attorney offices i visited. After i hired him he immediately started working on my case and before i realized he had already gotten me a deal with the D.A i couldnt refuse. I was looking at 3 to 5 years in prison. Unlike other law firms Scott & Medling don't state they're the best , but instead demonstrate such by thorough research, unparalleled competency, and with a tight cohesive team of professionals unlike no other. Prior to hiring this firm I hired another multi-million dollar firm that stated they were the best but only saw me as dollar signs, and our first meeting consisted of what plea deal I would consider without knowing the facts of the case. After my first meeting with Mr. Scott and Mrs. Medling I knew they would fight for me and switched firms. I WAS LOOKING AT 25 YEARS. Roger Scott was a bulldog in the courtroom and up to date with all the current laws that applied to my case. Mrs. Medling was a master of proficiency and strategy. Along with June their legal assistant/ therapist they are a stellar team. Their firm is very personable and trustworthy. They believe in protection and justice. I was convicted by a video tape of my battery at a gas station by 6 female jurors,3 witnesses and a victim that called me ""crazy to hit him for giving me the finger and cussing me"". The judge assured jail time if convicted, and Roger fought so hard that even Judge Herr said Roger was ""VERY PASSIONATE AND FOUGHT VERY HARD"". more

I have used Roger Scott for years and he is the reason I am a responsible and free individual. Here is one of many, but most certainly my favorite story. Years into our business relationship I was driving on a suspended license and got pulled over. The police were going to take me to jail. I was handcuffed in the back seat. I managed to flip open my phone and use the voice recognition feature to auto dial Roger. I explained the situation to him and that I had no idea my license was suspended. He asked me to put the officer on the phone and convinced them to wait for him to come pick me up. To my amazement the officer took the handcuffs off me and released me with a ticket. Roger drove me hope and did a excellent job representing me and getting the citation dismissed. I couldn't have asked for better representation. I am not saying he would do that for a new client, but if you develop a long term relationship with this attorney his dedication & services are priceless. I could go on forever about how good he is, but I will just say ""This attorney is a winner and you should hire him now"" Pros: he is the best Cons: there aren't more of him in the world more

I consider my self very lucky to have found the services of Roger Scott. I had been using a different attourney and was not happy with the results. On recomendation from a friend they suggested I call Roger Scott. I hired Mr.Scott and fired the previous attourney. I was impressed at how quickly and efficiently my matter was resolved.
