In recent years, the North Saint Paul library, run by the Ramsey Country branch, has undergone some major changes. Most notably is the size of the building. In the past, the NSP library was housed in a large location downtown. Now it is connected to the NSP Community Center in a newly renovated space. It is small, cozy and wonderful. With limited hours, they have great help, a wide selection of quality music, books, books and books, a little sit space, computers, a kids' section and a little used book rack. Perfect. It reminds me of how a library should be. I'd check it out if I were you.
