All of the homes we looked at that were built by Lexington Luxury Builders - I think they go by Lexington Companies - were truly exceptional. The attention to detail is extraordinary. We really appreciate the commitment which has been made by Scott Schaefer, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lexington Luxury Builders and Kyle McCollum the Chief Operating Officer, to environmental standards, green building and sustainable development. Lexington Luxury Builders, Scott Schaefer and Kyle McCollum really seem to care about quality, green building, the environment, sustainable development and the community, more than any other builder we've seen.\r

Lexington Luxury Builders is building a neighborhood of luxury townhomes right now in Downtown Plano, in the Historic Heritage area of Plano, less than two blocks from the new DART light rail station. It's called Lexington Park at Rice Field and I think it's considered a transit oriented development, but this one seems different. It is built around a cool private park and the entire project is environmentally responsible and green built, which is very important to us. The City of Plano apparently picked Lexington to be their exclusive partner to build Lexington Park at Rice Field as a public/private partnership. We saw an on line article about the project. It is awesome, right by the DART station, and very affordable.
Pros: Quality, Expertise, Environment, Green Building, Sustainable Development, Dedication
Cons: None - These Guys Are Awesome
