Lancaster Plumbing and Heating were very prompt to our service check. Mark was extremely knowledgeable regarding our furnace and it's added components which were quite old but new to us as we had just purchased this house. He was able to check my A/C unit and even cut back some branches on a bush which were blocking the A/C unit's outlet so that he could get better numbers. What I like about this company is that they carry everything on their van to repair any need you may have at that instance with HVAC and plumbing. Mark told me about an ionizer air scrubber which could be added to my ducts to help clean the air to help people and animals with allergies. Since we have pets and some allergy sufferers, he was able to put one on immediately for me. When you become a priority member, you recieve discounts on all parts, service calls, and are put at the top of the list for emergencies before non-members. The only negative feedback is I feel the monthly price for an oil furnace is a little high. Gold members are normally $19.99 a month but if you have oil, it jumps to $27.99 a month, I believe. I feel that's a little too high. The other thing was Mark was super nice but talked quite a bit. He was extremely helpful and educational but I had to leave for an appt. and between paperwork and talking, I was made to be very late. Other than that, they seem very competent and prepared for any need.
