I cannot believe this store! They are unprofessional. They will quote you one price and then try to get out of it. They wrote down the color I wanted to use for my team color and when I got the uniform shirts they were two different colors and not the color I wanted. The hats I ordered aren't the right color and they are also two different colors. I was told to pick them up on a certain day and I arrived five or six different days and they still weren't finished when they told me they would be. I will be returning the shirts and hats I purchased. more

We got quotes from two companies, and they were very close, but after visiting another shop in Van buren, we didn't feel like they cared for our business. Kustom Kaps was helpful and very professional. Our hoodies turned out great and we will definitely be coming back for more! more

this place is so helpful! I got some pens for my business and the young lady there was so good to us. After looking through several pens (who know there were so many styles!?) we finally found the one I liked. They took care of our design and our pens were finished in no time! if you're in doubt about where to go - trust me - go here! more

I called a few shops for prices before picking these guys to print my order. I'm not an artist or anything, so I didn't have much to work with, but their design team made me a design that gets compliments all the time. I am so pleased with their work I would recomend them to anyone. The service was great and I'll be using Kustom Kaps for a long time to come! more

this was my 1st time as team mom. this location gave me a great quote on shirts.... and in a timely mannor.. ..:( to start with, the total i got turned out to be over $200 more than i was quoted, then they were a week over deadline because i wasn't told about paying 40% of invoice to get them at the requested date, then i came back (my bad) and ordered 13 more hoodies and didn't get them ontime again after calling several times to reach someone and instead of ordering the hoodies she ordered shirts and extended the eta another 10 days which made it after the last game of the season ,, ,,, way more high blood preasure,,,,, so i ended up calling Graphic Service Inc in fort smith..... i should have dealt with them this whole time, he gave me the same price and delivered exactly what i wanted with in 2 days of my order... now i know where i will go for all my printing needs more

This is a good shop to run and get the kids football stuff locally. They didn't have much last year though. more

Kustom Kaps of Alma had the equipment needed for my son's football when none of the other larger chain stores had the correct items or sizes. Kustom Kaps offered great customer service with a wide selection of merchandise. They are family owned and operated which makes a difference in my book. more
