I had a†dishwasher†line discharge spill out all over the kitchen floor, causing structural damage to the subfloor. I had Trey King come over to access the damage and provide a suggested course of action and estimates. He provided me with valuable information for me to use in repairing my home. He went above and beyond what was requested. more

I was referred by a friend who had hired this company about 6 months to a year ago. Living in a hurricane prone area, this is not my first time dealing with?construction companies?and the frustration that tends to accompany such projects. I contacted the owner, Trey, who came to meet me the next afternoon. He was helpful in identiying the pros and cons of a couple of sets of ideas I had for the project including some key points I didn't recognize that helped manage costs and improve the look. Within a few days, I was presented with a competitive estimate and agreed to the contract. Throughout the project, I found Trey to be very responsive to my questions and appreciated his communication of the progress and what I could expect. I found them to be reliable to be there at the appointed times. The project was completed in a timely manner and they followed up several times to ensure that I was satisfied with the results. more

I used King Construction to do a remodel for us. I chose them because of the quality of their work and they were very good. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future. more

I recently hired King Construction for a master suite addition and toremodel my kitchen, and both projects?were?recently completed. We added a master suite of approximately 600 square feet to open up the house and take advantage of views. We also remodeled our kitchen to knock out a wall and put in an island, new cabinets, floors, lighting?etc. more

this was a 550 square foot master bedroom, bath and walk in closet. Excellent work from beginning to end. The only contractor in four who bid that was able to present a roof design that did not compromise the integrity of the house. Work was completed on schedule and within budget. He knows what he is doing and stays on top of the job. One example was the shower head in the master bath when the plumber was asked by him to move the shower head 6 inches because he anticipated that the rain spray would not be postioned correctly for a comfortable shower. A stickler for detail. more

Outstanding workmanship and attention to detail no matter what the project. Trey King had such wonderful ideas that I had no thought of after planning for several years. My condo is a showcase now and I recommend him to everyone! the results were wonderful for a fair price. more

Overall the experience I had †working with Trey was excellent. †He called me back almost immediately the first time I contacted him, and he was instantly ready to get started on the job. †Trey stayed in contact with me (or my father who helping out at the house) every single workday to let us know how things were progressing. Trey uses very professional, trustworthy subcontractors. †I left them in my house for several weeks without worrying about a thing. † In fact, one time they were worried about leaving the house key under the mat (where I had been leaving it for them) because someone was outside watching, so they secured it in a different place. †Additionally, Trey happened to be at my house on the last day of work as I pulled up. I went inside to find that the air conditioning was not working. †Even though he was completely done with the job, Trey stayed and tried to help me figure out what the problem was. †He then called his HVAC contact for assistance. †I ended up using them †(from Trey's recommendation), and they came out first thing the next morning. †They were incredibly fair and didn't take me for a ride even though they clearly could have. †What I thought was going to end up being an entire new HVAC system only cost me $300. †The work itself was incredibly professional and well-done. †Trey is definitely a perfectionist. †My father (who dealt with Trey more than I did as I was at work most of the time), couldn't say enough good things about him. †He was extremely impressed. †We are having Trey draw up an estimate for further work on a detached garage at the same house. more

My husband and I?contracted Trey to build a home for us in 2008. He was very helpful in making many changes and had a ton of ideas to make the home more suitable for our needs. Trey is very hands on and did most of the trim work himself. He is so talented! We are very please with the end product and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a great contractor.? more

We are very happy with the services overall. Trey King is the owner and from the very start to finish was extremely professional. Every question was answered, always returned our phone calls or emails promptly, and any concerns on our part were dealt with immediately by him and to our satisfaction. Both the painting and the repair of our brick wall was done quickly, efficiently, and well. Both jobs look great, and we could not be happier. Both my husband and I work. When we first met I had a general design and Trey had some great ideas that catered towards what I wanted. After we agreed on a design and a price he was ready to go and finished on schedule of what we discussed. His work crew was nice and respectful and picked up their trash after each day. Overall it was a great experience and I got what I wanted. I would certainly use him again on my next project. more

King Construction, Trey King built a two-car garage at our home. He did it in a very timely manner and the quality of his work was excellent Many times we have had work done by others and they are great about starting but don't want to finish the job. Trey stayed through and finished early. I think he said it would take about two months because he had a backlog of jobs and he finished in about 6 weeks. Also, one of his guys had put the electrical switch in the wrong place and even though he said it was in the correct place according to the plan, he ripped it out and had someone come back and fix it after the job was finished. I've never been able to get a contractor back after he has been paid in full. more

Trey, with King Construction, performed several renovation jobs at my home. He installed brand new french doors going from my kitchen to my patio, installed another set of french doors going from my family room to my screened in porch. He also installed a brand new custom made front door for me. He was always on time, very professional, and left my home clean everyday when he left. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to build a new home or for home renovations. I have worked with several contractors and Trey is one of the best! more
