This place is falling apart and they use tape to hold it together. Car theft is rampant, none of the security doors work. NONE of them! There are no assigned parking spaces so if you get home late you have to park by the trolley station. There are no guest parking spaces so don't plan on having friends over. The only reason I moved in was because it was the cheapest place in Mission Valley. I have been here a year and a half and they have raised my rent twice by a total of $155 a month! And now they are telling me that if I sign another year lease, my rent will increase by ""only"" another $100 after the lease ends! Unlike most places, water is not included so you can add 30-40 a month for that. It's no wonder people keep breaking their lease to get out of here.
Pros: Two pools, good location
Cons: Over priced, raise rent often, no security, poor maintenance
