I came in to get my eyebrows waxed. The place looks really run down, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. WRONG CHOICE! My eyebrows looked like a hacksaw had been taken to them. The lighting was really bad, so I didn't notice until I got to my car. I went back and demanded a refund. At first the same lady offered to fix them. I, of course, refused. I eventually got a refund. This was one of the shoddiest places I've ever been. more
