Excellent mechanic and even better customer service 4/30/2017

After my last service appointment, I scored Foothills Toyota as a 5 stars of 5. This visit was even better. I was greeted by name and they knew that my car was in for a 20,000 mile checkup. They recalled that I like to have the car washed and vacuumed, and made sure it was clean when returned, a free extra service. I received a full writeup on my car - detailing all the items checked (and showing the car continues to be perfect). Everything was done well and efficiently. Can't imagine how they will top this visit- but I bet they do! more

Excellent Dealership 4/29/2017

Recently just bought a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Foothills Tacoma and this was such an easy and hassle free experience. Outstanding 4/26/2017

Thank you to the staff at Foothills and especially the service lady who oversaw our repairs. I'm sorry I have misplaced her card- but she listened to our needs and questions and ensured the proper repairs were done as well as fully educated me in the service history and upcoming repairs and future follow up service. We scheduled the upcoming service and I just couldn't be more grateful for her professionalism and concern, when she learned I was taking my kids on an extended road trip. Looking forward to seeing you all again in August. more

Room for improvement 4/26/2017

Overall a great experience. For the second time they failed to vacuum the vehicle. After mentioning it to Randy he had the problem solved in just a matter of minutes. I do wonder if they have such a hard time with such a simple task what other problems are there? more

Super friendly and accommodating!! 4/25/2017

Trevor, in parts and service, arranged to have my car picked up at the nearby body shop for servicing, which was due. He had it returned to the body shop, so I got 2 things done with no added inconvenience. I really appreciate the time he took to make this work for me!! more
