Ok, I've been shot by alot of photographers, but I've had the most fun while being shot by Richie. He makes me laugh and most importantly, he makes me look good. His instinct for catching a look is remarkable. I'm always amazed at how easy a shoot is with him. Pros: Great fun, Great Photos! Cons: He can't make my abs look like the calendar guys! more

The amazing thing about Richie Arpino's photography is its diversity. Known for many years as a photographer of figurative nudes (he has created four art calenders) Richie has an eye for many other subjects. I commissioned Richie to photograph food for my restaurant - MetroFresh in Midtown Atlanta. The photos he created are bright abstractions of the food we create every day. He has a unique eye for composition, and an artist's touch for color, which he manipulates in photo shop. These pictures are true works of art. I was fortunate enough to have Richie shoot the Atlanta band Collective Soul in my restaurant. The CD cover for their most recent work AFTERWORDS is nothing short of amazing. I've been ""shot"" by Richie many times over the years and can't say anything but ""AWESOME"" about he and his photography abilities. Richie has the god given gift of seeing things no other can! Also, as many have experienced, when in front of the camera, and photographer, your nerves tend to soar.... Not when working with Richie.
