I first found Cascade Chiropractic nearly 2 years ago based on a referral from another very satisfied patient who told me that Dr. Bernard had solved a problem for her that no one else had been able to solve. Dedicated staff performed a combination of adjustments, laser therapy, wellness exams, as well as nutritional therapy for several months in early 2010 which dramatically improved my overall health. In addition, I was unable to stand up straight and Cascade Chiropractic help me to correct my posture by a measurable degree of incline.
After a motor vehicle accident in late 2010 caused disc slippage & significant worsening of low back pain to the point where I could barely walk, sit, or stand for more than 10-20 min. at times, I was at my wit's end. I returned to Cascade Chiropractic, who had helped me so much before. I was introduced to Dr. Tran there in 2011, who is just wonderful! I have seen Dr. Tran for a total of approx. 2 mos. (with some breaks in treatment due to my circumstances). More recently, I have seen Dr. Tran approx. 2-3 times per week for 1 month now, during which. Dr. Tran has performed a variety of treatments which have been rapidly helpful in dramatically lowering my pain, & restoring my overall sense of health & wellbeing. These treaments have included spinal decompression (traction) on a machine, laser therapy, energy healing, manual adjustments, home exercise instruction, etc. I left the first comprehensive treatment I had with Dr. Tran feeling better than I had in a long time, feeling that Dr. Tran had done more for me in that single session than numerous other providers of various kinds throughout the whole last year.
The thing that impressed me the most after my first comprehensive exam with Dr. Tran was the amount of time he spent with me - making sure to take an accurate & detailed history, actually examine me (something that rarely seems to happen in an MD's office anymore), & treating me as a whole person (not just a neck or a back, etc.). Dr. Tran made me feel like my health mattered to him. It was evident in his words & actions then & since. This kind of patient attention & care, coupled with the kind of actual effective technical medical expertise possessed by Dr. Tran is a rare combination. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of such a gifted and compassionate doctor and would not hesitate to recommend him.
Cascade Chiropractic and Dr. Tran are the best in chiropractic care. I would not go anywhere else. They have totally changed my view from what it used to be regarding what good chiropractic care can do for your health. They focus on total wellness & holistic health... so much more than just spinal manipulations & (what I thought of as traditional) ""bone-cracking"" adjustments.
