Bigler Motors

Well.....I have to be very honest and say that I did not care much for car dealers at all. In the past I have had terrible experiences with purchasing vehicles. There for, I have not purchased any vehicles for at least 10 years and drove decent, cheap, used vehicles that I just paid cash for called it good and drove them till they broke down. Then one day we found a beautiful car in the Wheels for U Magazine at Bigler Motors (3 1/2 hrs away from our home) and we applied online. Soon after Tim Tonner contacted us and we were on our way to get our new (used) car. Tim was gone the day we drove to Bigler Motors but he left Brent Pickrell to take care of us. Everyone was so nice and Dave Jackson made us laugh alot. We had a perfect experience and would recommend any of our friends and family to do business with Bigler Motors. They made our car purchase very easy and fast. Thanks guy's for giving me faith in car dealers again, we will see you next time we need another vehicle. Keep up the good work. more

First off I would like to say thank you to Mick, Bob and Brough for making this car buying experience the best experience I have had in all my years of vehicle purchases. The staff was so friendly, courteous and very honest with me from the very first contact. Bob and Mick made me feel so comfortable they listened to my needs and were more interested in making sure i was well attended to than ""just making a sale"". I felt ver comfortable with the courtesy I received from Bigler Motors, I drove 1686 miles across 9 states to trade in my vehicle for a previously owned Hummer H2 that was in pristine condition and detailed as if it had just rolled off the assembly line. when i arrived at Bigler motors i was very impressed on how clean and organized the dealership was and I felt very comfortable. they have a very wide selection of vehicles and all appeared to be in equally pristine condition as the vehicle i was purchasing. I had a few minor issues and concerns once I made it back to Miami and again Bigler motor amazed me in there upmost attention, Bigler Motors stepped up to the plate and made sure everything was resolved in a fast simple and efficient manner. All my paperwork arrived on time as Mick said it would shortly after and I was able to title and plate my car well before my temp tag ran out. I want to say that if you are considering doing business with Bigler Motors you are making the right choice! I do believe the service, attention to detail and customer service is incomparable to most dealers across the nation. TRUST ME ON THIS I drove just over 3200 miles round trip for this transaction and I'm glad I chose to do business with Bigler Motors!!! more

In a time of crisis, Bill at Bigler Motors helped immensely. Why? My vehicle engine froze up out of state on the highway during a move. My truck engine needed to be scrapped and I was without a vehicle. Bill at Bigler was highly recommended and lined up a vehicle for me by noon the next day. One call to Biglers and Bill had me set up for a purchase the next day saving me rental for additional rental fees. The transaction and service was fantastic. A clean, serviced vehicle was waiting out front and runs wonderfully. The professional service and spotless dealership made me confident as a consumer. The service was so good Bill even installed the plates for me at the Department of Motor Vehicles. I highly recommend Bigler Motors for quality, service and friendliness. more

I searched for about 2 months for a car and came across Bigler Motors online. Wasn't sure I wanted to make the drive from Omaha to Lincoln just for a car. Boy am I glad I did. I looked at several cars the 1st time I went. There was even one they thought would work for my family size and my budget, but they had just got it in and hadn't had a chance to clean it. They offered to let my husband take a test drive, but didn't want my daughter or I to get in the dirty car. We ended up buying a different vehicle after several trips back to decide. They were careful to take into account my budget and the size of my family. They didn't want to put me in something too big just so they could sell a hgiher priced car. I ended up getting one within my price range (and less than bluebook value) and they gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealership was offering. I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone and look forward to my next car purchase there. more

I stopped at Bigler Motors when I was apartment hunting in Lincoln. I was very impressed with the range and quality of inventory. Everyone was very nice. Not just my salesman, but everyone. I really just stopped in on a whim but I found a truck I loved and I got the payment I wanted. Top notch, thanks guys! more

I love Bigler Motors!! I went in July looking for a car and went to Bigler. I meet Dave Jackson and he was great he helped me find the car that was right for me! When I got home I thought I had a problem with the car so I called Dave and he had me bring the car back to the dealership and had it looked over and I was wrong I did not have a problem. I was so glad that they took the time to look over the car again! When its time to purchase another car it will be at Bigler Motors. Great job guys! Really enjoyed working with all of you!! more
