This Outlet seems to be a well kept secret but they have tons of picture frames that weren't quite right for their sister store Artists Frame Service. There is a table in the back where you can bring your art and see how it looks with the different frames - and all the frames are hanging on hooks so you can play around all day if you want. They'll help you with glass and mats too, it's really quite amazing.
