Waters Edge Elementary School 3/24/2006

We have been a family of this school for 3 years now. It was just recently built in the last 5 years, and it truly is a beautiful school. They are situated on the end of Palmetto past 441 out west, in west Boca Raton, Loggers Run. I realize most do not get to choose your school, but if you are researching the area, this really is an A+ school. Also, they have a gifted student magnet program which is great. BONUS: They offer a very affordable after care program which we absolutely love! The same group offers a summer camp that is FABULOUS! My daughter has gone for years and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Wonderful elementary school! more

One of the main reasons we moved into this area, Waters Edge Elementary School is our local school. This school is the top rated elementary school in the county and for good reason. With over one third of the students in its well known gifted program, students at Waters Edge excel in every way you can measure. The teachers and staff are dedicated professionals, the involvement of the PTA adds valuable resources and extra curricular activities and the principal, Mrs. Brehm demands excellence in everything they do. Save the money you would spend on private school and let your kids get a good education at Waters Edge. more
