i just recently took my 17 year old soon to have all 4 of his wisdom teeth removed. let me say that the ONLY issue I had was scheduling the initial appt for the consultation...i can't remember the reason why it was so hard to get in touch. the main & prevailing reason why i am writing this review is the care, information, & overall quality that was given to myself and more over my son.\r Dr. V & his staff are nothing short of PHENOMENAL! Dr. V, himself was very informative to not only me but to my son as well. he answered every question my son had & was very patient with him as well. the day of surgery he & his staff attended to my son with the UTMOST care possible. there is not one thing i can say negative about these group of ppl. if i still have the same insurance when it comes time for my younger children to have their wisdom teeth removed, you can GUARANTEE that Dr. V & his team will be where they are take too. more

I call and cant get through the phone line. it is busy from 9am - 11am. after 11am i get the recording. the button prompts only work IF your already seeing the Dentist. I have Medicaid and cant see anyone else, or I have to pay for the extractions myself. which I cant afford. I'm stuck with being treated like this but if I could pay I wouldn't be here. These people are very unprofessional!! more

This has got to be one of the most unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate staff in the dental industry., if not the worst!!!! Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone there, and once you do,be prepared to be talked down to, and treated very rudely. It seems they have no understanding of anything, and get offensive when you have any questions!!! I honestly don't know how this place is still in business!! If you're thinking of going here, it would be very wise to reconsider. If negative stars were an option, they'd get ten!!!! more

This is office is very unprofessional and very rude. If you want to be seen by this doctor don't voice any opinions about any security concerns with information given as if you do they will refuse to see your child and will leave you on hold and not address you anymore. more

I originally had difficulty contacting the office by phone and mentioned this to Dr V during my consult, He was very understanding and concerned as he prides himself in complete communication. When I returned for treatment he thanked me for bringing up the previous telephone issue. He discovered that one of his front office staff was not answering the telephone and letting everything go into voice mail..she had been replaced by the time I returned. My Implant treatment was a huge success..I would Highly recommend to all. more

VERY unprofessional. Went to this Dr. for my daughters initial consultation (she was having her wisdom teeth extracted) and though it took forever to get an appointment (because they?re only open two hours a day and never return calls) I did really like the doctors demeanor with my daughter. They then follow up and called me back to schedule her appointment for the extraction. They called on a Thursday (afternoon) and scheduled for Monday morning. I was at work and didn?t realize at the time my daughter had midterms the following week so couldn?t afford to miss that much school. I called them right back but of course they didn?t answer. I left them a voicemail about moving the appointment and they called me back to tell me I can no longer come to them because I cancelled my appointment! Which makes absolutely no sense. They say this is their policy and I can see if I cancelled it the day of or just didn?t show up but I had a valid reason and I called them immediately after scheduling to let them know. So now I am out the initial fee and now have to start all over finding another Dr. I have never left a review on a company before but the way these people treated me with such disrespect and unprofessionalism I think that others should know before they waste their time what they are getting into. more

I couldn't have asked for a better oral surgeon. He is talented AND he cares about each and every patient. The whole staff is amazing. I just had my wisdom teeth removed, and they did everything to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Definitely go there if you want the best of the best in oral surgery. more

I have panic disorder and needed two teeth removed surgically. To say I was scared is an understatement. The day of the surgery I was in complete meltdown. Hubby called the office and Dr. V was amazing. I got through the surgery well. Dr. V and his staff are the best. They were compassionate, patient, explained everything as we went along. I can't thank them enough for the care they gave me. I would recommend them to anyone. Pros: Dr V. and his staff are absolutey the best there is. more

I am immensely scared of dentist due to many bad experiences when it comes to dental work, however Dr. V has surgically removed 3 of my teeth and I have never had the type of loving care this dentist offers. He is compassionate to your pain and very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!! Pros: Small office with caring staff Cons: Parking is nestled behind the office and is difficult to see more
