OK, so maybe I'm exaggerating a little when I say that it's the best German food available in the whole country. Fact is, it's the only German available in Huntsville, and my family has been eating here for so long that this place is my definition of what German food should look, smell, and taste like. I've eaten here since I was two feet tall and it's still just as good every time we go back. The german brown Farmer's bread is to die for, and I highly recommend the pan-fried potatoes. The bleu cheese dressing on the salad is apparently homemade and it's really delicious, too. Save room for the chocolate cake for dessert. Hell, save three or four days' worth of calories for this place - you'll need them, but it's so worth it!
Check out the staff in lederhosen (or whatever you call the German "overalls") while you're there. Too cool! :)
