Unorganized staff and Inexperienced staff; I had a horrible experience with this Dentist and staff. I had a crown removed and they stated it would take about 7 to 9 days to come in. I called several of times and they kept giving me the runaround. 4weeks later still no crown. So, I call the insurance agency and found out they submitted a claim showing the crown has already been seated and dentist received almost a $400.00 dollar check from the insurance agency. (FRAUD) I requested a refund for the down payment I made and didn't receive it. And the insurance company haven't received check yet and the staff didn't called to cancel the claim.... STAY away for this clinic or you will regret it..
