Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my Martin Door. It broke after just a few years from which sounded like a fairly common part to fail based on talking with the installer. Of the three companies, Martin gave me to call for repairs, only one still works with them. They immediately denied any wrong doing with their initial install (this over the phone and without first viewing), while the Martin contact showed little interest in any satisfaction. more

I have never had a situation where I felt that the service I received was anything less than the best. My Chevy Cavalier has 105K miles on it, and it is in fine shape. City Garage has a lot of repeat customers, and it is because they do the job right. more

World class service! 5/18/2011

I definitely love how my garage door looks like now. It actually made a statement because all of my neighbors are asking me where did I get this from. I just replied to them with a smile saying, ""you got to know Martin!"". The next day I saw the same crew member of yours working on my neighbor's garage door. They sure did took my word of advise. Thanks to you, we all have great looking garage doors, not to mention the service that you delivered of course. All of you were comradely enough to ask and found out exactly what I needed. Noone else comes close in your prowess. Simply magnificent! more

Fabulous Garage Doors 5/16/2011

The aluminum carriage house garage doors are my favorite. I have worked on my neighbors garage door helping him to install a antique hinges and handles and the door construction was just awesome. I hope my garage door breaks soon so I can buy a Martin. more

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect. I am so happy with my garage doors. I am impressed how strong my garage door are, my son bounced his basketball off the side of the garage door and it did not dent it. If you have kids Martin Garage Doors is the only way to go. more

I Love my new Martin Door. Everything was hassle free unless you are picking the color with your husband. They had pages and pages to choose from. I was so pleased to find a match for the rest of the home. more

After a trouble free installation from a local dealer I was amazed the quality of craftsmanship that is used. The door is strong and thick. It is quite when in motion. I am so happy with door. YEPPY, I am a happy customer!!!! more

The thing that attracted me to Martin Doors was the fact that i could design my own garage door online . I knew this company was dedicated to providing a service beyond your usual door manufacturer. After designing my perfect door i received order confirmation and was contacted for further arrangements, it was all super easy and the door looks perfect more

my new door is perfect 12/25/2010

My old garage door was very annoying to open and close, WD40 didnt do the trick and after it came off the hinges because i yanked it too hard trying to open it i knew it was time for a new door. Martin Doors were very helpful in showing my the different systems and designs that make the garage door open and close with just the push of a button. The installation team were professional and friendly and my door was installed in 1 day with no troubles. more

The Best Garage Doors! 12/21/2010

It was truly a wonderful experience that I had with Martin Doors and their installers which were just awesome. They where clean cut and easy to deal with. I bought the new grooved garage door which was the same price as their other line. I added the hinges and handles to make the door really unique for our neighborhood. I have people slow down when they pass my house. It could be the earth tone color I choose or it could be me but I am sure it?s the new garage door. I would recommend Martin Garage Doors to all my friends. more
