Horrible customer service after the down payment. If I could give this salon a negative rating I would do it. If you are connected at all with US Military and have a chance of being shipped out before your wedding DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The owner was not helpful with us at all. My (now) son-in-law had to move wedding because of his date of returning being changed. And according to this store there's nothing they could do. The owner also told me that had anyone not paid in full and we didn't pick up the dresses, they would go ahead and charge that girl's credit card without her permission and ship her the dress. My husband called, I called, and the bride (our daughter) called to no avail. The last call from my husband told her to keep the dresses there until we could work something out. The result? We RECEIVED THE DRESSES TODAY WITH A NOTE ON THE BOX THAT THERE'S A $30 RESTOCKING FEE IF WE REFUSE. What a horrible place. I'm so thankful my daughter got her gown at an ethical place. They found out about the groom being shipped out and got the dress perfect for her. I'll never recommend this salon to anyone - but will highly recommend the salon where we bought her gown. more

Had a great buying experience - friendly consultant, beautiful dresses to choose from, etc. After purchase, however, never heard from them again. Dress was delayed, never called, delayed again, ended up having to file dispute. Would not recommend. more

Boutique Couture is a great place to go to get that ""one on one"" service. Imediately when you walk in they greet you with a smile. They have sales reps that get excited with you as if they were planning thier own wedding/or special event. When I went in I just needed a friend to talk to for ideas and to help put together my whole look. The girl that helped me was amazing! It was as if an old friend was helping me out. When I left I was brimming with ideas and couldnt wait to put it all together! Boutique Couture DEFINATELY 5 stars!! more
