Our move with this company was typical of the other reviews we read about them. We had great communication with James our sales rep, very lucky to have a driver like Ilan and Georges, charges were minimal, we paid additionally for a flat panel television that we had packed by them and our new apartment was on the 4th floor walk up instead of the ground floor apartment that we thought we were going to get. The extra charges totaled $100. No surprises whatsoever. We had a great move with them and we had moved several times and all had some incident, this move was as good as a move can be. I spoke with michael from the beginning and he remained as my contact throughout the entire move. I had a hundred questions about packing items, labeling boxes, what and how to prepare for the move etc. He answered every question quickly and even on Sunday he emailed me a list of answers to questions I had. He took the time to explain a ton of concerns I had considering this was my first long distance move which I really appreciated. The move itself was awesome and all the guys were wonderful movers. I would use these guys again for sure
