I highly recommend you shop around, before they have your car and you cant get it back. My car has been in the shop since 07/17/2019 and I am still waiting. According to GEICO, the repair would take twenty days. That means I would have gotten my car back on the 6th of August. The shop later told me the 7th, followed by the 14th and now best case scenario is the 16th. The manager didn't sound like he was convinced I would get my car back on Friday the 16th. During my conversation on the 6th, I was told they received the wrong door from BMW, but it came in and the car was being prepped for painting. Today I was told again that the car was being prepped for painting again. Sound like they just make something up on the spot and lose track of the last thing they told you. At no point has anyone reached out to me to tell me that my car will not be ready, even though they said they would call this time. Shop around.
