The manager, Maureen, is very rude. To not only 95% of the customers but more to her employees. I have witnessed her verbal abuse towards her customers more than once. I feel horrible for these people, she scares me and i'm not even working for her. I refuse to buy anything from this Starbucks because of her poor management skills, and i highly suggest you do the same. There are plenty of other Starbucks around, for example there is one a few feet away in the Target across from this store. Next time, observe her behavior before you buy a $5 cup of 'handcrafted espresso goodness'.
