Do not work with this company!! We were forced to use Salamon Engineering by way of our contractors, not by choice. We never would have received building permits if we had not stayed on them regularly. The first set of paperwork hadn’t been filed in time and the forms changed, so we had to get them notarized again.
It took 1.5 YEARS for them to file paperwork with the DOB. We had to hound them with regular emails and phone calls. Of those, they responded to 1 out of 10. Some of the employees were cordial, but we were often asked to hold and then told the person was suddenly not available.
Before the job was done, they told us we had three invoices outstanding - two of which had already been paid (and the checked cashed) and one which was due upon completion of work. They tried to charge us for the expediting fee required to clean up their sloppy work.
