I use Peter for all my appliance repairs as he is always efficient and reliable and charges a fair price. He is very competitive in his service call price and I cannot fault his work. Owning a restaurant I need someone I can rely on when an appliance suddenly stops working, and Peter has never let me down! more

Didn’t fix it properly the first time 3/5/2014

I called Redline Appliances up as I was recommended them by a neighbor. As I had never used them before I wasn’t sure what to expect, but all seemed good and Peter fixed my fridge in less than an hour. However, the next day I spotted a small leak, so I had to call them back up to come out again. In all fairness they were very quick to respond and very apologetic, so all in all not a bad service at all. more

Customer service is second to none! 2/16/2014

When I needed a repair to my ice maker in a hurry, I called Redline Appliances. I was greeted by a friendly lady who ensured me that someone would be able to make a service call to my restaurant the same afternoon. I was very impressed with the customer service of the company as well as the standard of the job done. more

Really competitively priced 2/13/2014

I find repair services so expensive these days I was dreading the final check when I called Redline Appliances to come to my home and fix my oven. I shouldn’t have worried though, the price charged was very competitive and that included replacing two parts. Great! more

When my freezer broke in my diner I needed someone who could come to the rescue quickly. Peter from Redline Appliances turned up within the hour and went on to fix my freezer on the spot. An awesome service at an affordable price! more

When my freezer broke on a weekend, I thought I would have little luck in finding someone who would come out to me and take a look. Thankfully, Redline Appliances restored my faith in repairmen, their out-of-hours service being excellent and even competitively priced. more

Used for a service call 11/30/2013

I used Redline Appliances for a service call on my dishwasher. It wasn’t washing the plates properly but seemed to be getting very hot. Peter came to take a look the next morning and located the root of my problem. The water jets were clogged with lime and dirt, meaning my washer was not really getting the plates wet. He ordered the necessary parts and came back to fit them the same day. All in all, a great service at a reasonable price more

I can’t really say more than that. I can rattle on for ages when I have a complaint about a company. However, I almost certainly do not have a single complaint about Peter. He knows what to do. I have used him numerous times in my various properties and he has always done something far better than a stunning job. more

I didn’t actually need a repair carried out. I got in touch with this company though and they supplied with a spare shelf that I needed. Turns out those things don’t handle much weight! more

These guys rock! 11/12/2013

The ice maker in my restaurant had been working rather sluggishly for some time, so it was no surprise when I went to open up one morning to find a pool of water on the floor. I wasn’t sure if Redline Appliances covered commercial ice machines or not; however I should not have worried. The repairman came out to me in under an hour and located the fault on my machine. He returned the very same afternoon to fit the part he had ordered, leaving me with a whole load of freshly made just before my evening rush. Cannot thanks these guys enough, they really understood the urgency of my problem and came to my rescue! more

Fast and efficient Appliance repair at its best 11/9/2013

When my washing machine broke down, I didn’t delay in contacting Redline Appliances having heard nothing but excellent reviews. Within half an hour, I received a call from Peter to arrange a time for later that afternoon. Now most firms wouldn’t think twice about making you wait in all day for them to show, so I was extremely impressed before I even met Peter. Once I met him, he sure didn’t fail to impress me even more; this guy seriously knows everything there is to about washing machines. Thankfully mine simply needed a new hose, Peter fitting it on the spot for a very reasonable fee. A service second to none and same day at that! more

I don’t know about you, but when I have a repair carried out I normally expect the service guy to turn up late and be miserable throughout the repair job. Turns out I was wrong about the guy that this company sent. He turned up dead on time, and he was incredibly talkative. He was very friendly and I would gladly get him to come and fix something for me again! more

Washer broke….oh no! 10/29/2013

I am going to be honest with you here. Peter could not actually fix my washer problem. It was pretty old and sourcing the spares could be quite annoying. I ask multiple companies and they said the same. What I was most surprised about though was the fact that Peter could carry out a quick fix which would keep it running for a week or so longer. This gave me time to cobble up the money to buy a new washer, and of course still be able to have clean clothes. more

Fixed my Dryer/Washer Combo 10/7/2013

A few weeks ago, the day before I attempted to escape New York City for sunnier climes for a couple of weeks, my dryer and washer attempted to give up….and it succeeded! I checked everything about the unit, including the hoses (which I was recommended to do!), but there seemed to be no problem. I even checked the fuse (you will be surprised at how few people actually do this!) At a loss, I gave Peter a call. He came and identified the problem almost instantly (it wasn’t as big as I thought it would be!). He fixed it within the hour, and the next day I jetted off to Florida to enjoy the wonderful Disney World. Thankfully I didn’t need to worry about my dryer the whole time that I was there. I give these guys a massive thumbs up! more

Ideal for the busy person 9/28/2013

You probably know this already, but the majority of appliance repair companies in New York City have some very strange hours when it comes to repairing your appliances. These hours are not ideal if you are very busy at work. Thankfully though, these guys understand that not all of us can wait around the house all day for a repair company. He gave me a decent hour that he would visit me over the phone. He assured me that he would turn up on time, and guess what, he did! The oven was fixed in an hour or so. more

I was heading on vacation and my freezer decided to give up. I had somebody ‘housesitting’ for me so this wasn’t on. Thankfully they came and fixed it pretty quickly. Thanks! more

The only guys in New York that wanted to help 8/12/2013

Trying to get somebody to repair your appliances in NYC is far difficult than it should be. When my oven broke nobody wanted to work with me. Most of them wanted it to be repaired a week down the line. I couldn't wait that long. Gave these guys a call and they fixed it the same day. more
