They are fabulous. We needed a plumbing job done quick on a condo and they came out the same day I called, assessed the problem, went off to buy parts, which they didn't have, he called every supplier he knew of to try and get the part we needed. In the end, we had to order it, but the second they were in he called and was in to fix the problem. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, the technician that did the job was also friendly, professional, thorough, experienced, neat and even cleaned up after himself. 5 stars! plumbernyc.net
