i worked with dean mills one of the brokers , he showed me a few apartments in my price range in that building, i saw the apartment i liked and rented through their office that located in the retail space of the same building.\r
did not have any issue in the process, its a regular brokerage , i paid a broker fee got my lease and key's and moved in.
