My face has never felt so clean! I have only had about 5 facials in my entire life and had never felt they'd done much for me other than some gentle cleansing and bit of exfoliation, but seeing what a difference its made in my skin, I will definitely be going back to Tiffany for more regular treatments. more

I have been a client of Tiffany's for many years and can't rate her highly enough. I struggled with adult breakouts throughout my later 20's and into my 30's, but Tiffany's thorough facials and recommended skin care regime have helped me get my sensitive but breakout prone skin in great shape. I have gone to see Lisa twice for a facial and decided immediately after the first time that I would be back on a monthly basis (at least). I have had many clinical facials in the past and Lisa's work takes the cake. My skin is clearing up thanks to her work and advice regarding the right and wrong facial products to use. These aren't your typical mini-massage/steam/mask facial you can get anywhere. The facials at Fusion Spa are customized to what your needs. I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough Lisa was in the extractions and by the fact that my skin was not red afterward, like it has been at other spas. I highly recommend this spa. The price is reasonable too, especially for the high quality of service you receive. more

As a guy, I was a little apprehensive about going a ""spa"" for a ""facial"". The whole idea just seemed too girly for me and the treatments can be pricey. But my skin was in need of professional help. I did some research and found Fusion Spa. I checked out the website and booked a consultation. I really liked the warm, neutral, super clean space. It didn't feel like Barbie's Dreamhouse or smell like flowers. The consultation was very informative and there was no pressure to purchase products or services. The staff is extremely polite and professional and seemed genuinely interested in actually helping me get my skin in order. I asked Tiffany to recommend some products. I made a purchase and I booked an appointment. After a couple of weeks I noticed a big difference in my skin. Other people started to notice as well. Today was the ""big day"" that I had a few treatments done. I expected the appointment to be really clinical, scrub, wash, scrap, wash whatever. It was anything but that. I got the skin care treatments I expected, but the techniques used at fusion rejuvenated my skin AND my mind. I left feeling relaxed and focused with skin that feels and looks brand spanking new! I've been to many salons facials for facials and have never been truly satisfied with the results:nothing to rave home about. After reading all the reviews I decided to give Fusion a try but unfortunately at that time Tiffany was no longer taking clients for awhile: she was booked up till eternity :)!\r \r I waited awhile and checked back to see that she was now taking clients and had also another person working with her. Needless to say I got a Sunday appointment with the lovely Lisa in February before traveling abroad. She was very informative, outgoing and made sure that I was comfortable:not hard to do being that it smelled wonderful there and felt very calm and relaxing!\r \r She went step by step explaining what she was doing and the products that she was using on my extremely sensitive combination skin. This was the 1st time that I've ever experienced a painfree facial with extractions not to mention no redness or irritation whatsoever!!\r \r My skin was soft,smooth,supple & relaxed with a natural glow (no oily shine here). My skin felt so alive and the compliments I were getting after leaving surprised me since I had no makeup on. There was no pushing to buy products at all and I was given some wonderful samples to boot.\r \r I was so impressed w/Lisa and the products which she used (Cosmedix & Dermalogica) that I bought them on the spot. A bit impulsive but well worth it and they work :)!!\r \r For the quality & personalization of service that you receive here you would most definitely expect super high prices but they are very reasonable. Also a note for those with ethnic skin:Come Here! I had a facial with Lisa and I loved it! She worked thoroughly and was very careful on extracting my blackheads.I had other facials before that left my face red, but this one was so good she didn't hurt my skin and instead left my face glowing! \r I have to add that I really liked the way this spa works, one on one sessions, very personalized. I did not luck out and be born with perfect skin. For years, I've had problems with blackheads and whiteheads. I've been to many different facial places but each visit became a grueling extraction process and my skin problems always kept reoccurring. My friend had recommended Fusion Spa and I finally decided to give it a try. Lisa, my facialist, was wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and informed me as to why I was having these skin problems. After a very relaxing facial experience, she advised me to use an enzyme mask which will help minimize the number of whiteheads and blackheads. I followed her advice and my skin has never looked better. I highly recommend Lisa and am looking forward to my next facial appointment with her. Lisa was sooooo wonderful. She really knows her stuff and did a terrific job ""extracting"" (that means painless but thorough) while tending to my highly sensitive skin. This was the best facial I've had and I have frequented all the day spas in NY for years...but no more! I've found my new home! I must say, there was absolutely NO pressure to buy any products but I found Lisa very knowledgeable about all products for all skin types. Lisa helped me change my routine with confidence and not costing a fortune and my skin already looks healthier and younger. After being on the 'waitlist' for Tiffany for a few months I received a call about her new protegee Lisa. Decided to give it a try and glad I did, very happy with Lisa, the Facial and skin after effects - in fact I have my second appt already booked so I guess that's the best indicator of satisfaction! Just received a notice form Tifanny that waxing will no longer be an option after July 31st. It looks like her business has really grown, and I wish her the very best. Its sad that both myself and some of her exisiting clients will now have to look elsewhere and establish a new relationship from scratch with a new spa. I now find myself wishing this ""best of citysearch"" contest never had taken place. Oh well, I've only been a client for a few years but I guess there will now be many others in line to take my place. Personalized, quality service doesn't come around often, so make an appointment. From the moment I arrived I felt as if I were a queen. Tiffany and Lisa took the time to get to know my background in order to help personalize my treatment (an amazing facial). Lisa made sure that I was comforable and that I was aware of what she was doing. I was completely relaxed and felt like I was floating in the clouds. Having had several treatments from Tiffany I was thrilled to try Lisa. She's great too. She is carefully trained by Tiffany, obviously very experienced and a pleasure to work with. She looked over my chart, noted that I had sensitive skin, and checked in with me all along the way. Her touch was gentle but firm - even pore cleaning with the pointy things didn't hurt much at all. Fusion is an oustanding spa - I've made it my go-to place and book regularly. Lisa is a welcome addition, and a great choice for the spa - now there are more appointment times for this highly popular pampering spot! i wanted to keep tiffany's facials a secret so she wouldn't become impossible to book appointments with, but i can't keep quiet. because she is that good. i never walked away from a facial thinking it was really worth the money, but tiffany is worth every penny and more. she's extremely kind and knowledgeable, very very thorough, and her facility is impeccable. (wouldn't mind calling it my bedroom). did i mention she's very very thorough? hands down, best facials ever. the only downside is that there's only one tiffany to go around.
