I worked with Andrew and Chantell, both of whom were absolutely phenomenal. They were EXTREMELY organized and responsive throughout the process, which was very refreshing. More impressively, when a problem arose regarding the calculation of the broker's fee (it was the fault of a 3rd party), they did the honorable thing and reduced the amount of my fee so that it would be what we originally agreed upon. I was blown away by how honorable this was and will 100% work with them if/when I need to find another apartment in the future. Truly exceptional. more

they have the best apartments, I found a 2BR in UWS for $2300. they negotiated price and move in date, would recommend again. more

I worked with Daniel at Cityprime and he was very nice and seemingly helpful. He was so helpful and really worked to find us something in the neighborhood we wanted in our price range Pros: no fee apartments, great service more

These people are sheisty. I gave a $500 deposit on and apartment and was then strung around for almost 2 weeks. At first they asked for 5 months rent up front and then told me they could not get in touch with the landlord. Then the landlord was sick and then you can come pick your deposit up. Brokers are supposed to negotiate with the landlord on your behalf, that's what you pay them for. These people are working for the landlords, yet asking the renters to pay 15%. It's ridiculous. The apartment was amazing, but obviously it wasn't really available. Also charged $75 for a credit check that actually costs them less then $10. Orit, the ""broker"" who showed me the apartment was nice enough, but she really has no authority to do anything as her boss Daniel takes over after she shows you the place. They do not communicate and so no one ever knows whats really going on- including the renter. Also- they will never let you talk to the landlord. Considering all the brokers out there, I don't think it's worth it to pay such extraordinary fees for such a lousy one. Cons: shiesty, con artists, lousy communicators more

Not enough listings, inexperienced brokers, most of the employees are not licenced. I don't know who Daniel thinks he is kidding. Everywhere else i have gone i find their listings have been taken over by other firms. The landlords themselves are pulling out of his company, that says alot. He wasn't very forthcoming with information or assistance. I would recommend not using his service-if you can even call it that. Pros: Easy access in the city/central location Cons: Noone in the office cares about customer service,Daniel dosen't train the employees. more
