Carmine and Diana are absolutely fabulous. They are as honest and straightforward as one could possibly hope for. Carmine diagnosed the issues with my Porsche, and provided a perfectly fair price to perform the necessary repairs -- he told me what needed to be done, and what could really wait. Really makes you feel well-served, and treated fairly. His experience and technical skill is great, and they're easy to work with on scheduling. I drop the car there (right at Fenway park) and hop the green line downtown or grab a cab. And - they're opened on Saturday mornings. Pros: Dead honest and hard working more

After visiting several different mechanics in the Boston metro area over the course of 8 years, I am happy to have my Mercedes serviced with Carmen and Diana. I have not met two more friendly, honest, professional people in the industry. As with many dealerships, every time I go into bring my car in for service it is always suggested I have a, b, and c done on the car. 95% of the time when I get a second opinion from Carmen he says that the car is fine. I am happy and proud to have an honest and competent mechanic to rely on. I highly recommend paying a visit. Pros: Great Customer Service, Honest, Courteous, Reliable Cons: Increases your level of expectation in others. :( more

Great service 12/11/2006

After just moving to Boston, I could have fallen into the hands of all sorts of shady mechanics. When I brought my car to Carmen, he not only kept the shop open for me since I couldn't get there on time, he made me feel completely at ease once I got there. He treated my '89 VW like it was a Ferrari, and didn't try to push me into unnecessary repairs. Don't be alarmed by the 'back alley' feeling of the place on first glance. It's a great find. more
