The bagels at Einstein are always soft and chewy with the perfect texture. They have many yummy flavors and have a nice staff. It gets busy at times but the wait is never too long. I have had sandwhichs and smears and have never been disappointed. Pros: Yum! Cons: Outdoor seating is noisy more
